Credit Cards

 This facility is available for payment of cleaning services and new carpets.

Master & Visa Only

 If the credit card holder is at the site of the cleaning job when our team is there, we will make an impression of the card using the forms & equipment provided by the bank.  The credit card holder must sign this form.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

 The client file number MUST be used as a reference.  This number is printed on the invoice directly above the client details.

Cheques

 To be made out to "Mr Steam Mr Carpet" and Crossed (Not Transferable)

Can be accepted by our staff at the time of work being done.
Can be deposited into our bank account as above.
If a cheque is dishonored by the drawers bank, charges will be added to the account to cover admin fees charged by our bank.
We do not send drivers out to collect cheques after the job is complete.  If the cheque is not ready when the cleaning team need to leave the premises where the job was done, we ask that you deposit the cheque into our bank account or use a different payment method.

Cash

 Can be accepted by our staff at the time of work being done.
